Kirsten Mosher once in a piece put a parking lot upon a raft. Highways -- not unlike the internet's potential -- are a crowning metaphor and favorite material for her working. In this show, her carpet is like the playtown map of four-year olds, who can see in it post offices, cloverleafs, turnpike medians, and hairpin turns, just as others envision an homage to Mumford, Malevich, or Mondrian.
